Michael McQuilkin was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, and grew up in Largo. He attended local schools and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
Michael is a former bank analyst, who in 2003, transitioned into the position of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, joining the family business. Michael has been an administrator of Wright's Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in Seminole for the last four years.
Michael is a member of the Rotary Club of Seminole and Indian Rocks Baptist Church.
Michael is married to Melissa, his bride of 13 years, and lives in Seminole. The McQuilkins have two children, a boy, Ian, 9 years old, and a girl, Shelby, 5 years old.
