Pinellas County Economic Development's annual Small Business Lending Fair will assist business owners in identifying capital for business growth and expansion, as well as new business ventures. Celebrating its sixth year, the event will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the EpiCenter, 13805 58th Street N., Clearwater
